So this post is different from my previous posts because this one is a personal post about my beautiful sister and her wedding day. For those who know my family, they know that my siblings are my world. Even though we don’t talk every day, I would do anything for them, which includes inflicting unspeakable pain to those who would cross my family.
Growing up, Hannah was the tattle tail who loved Winnie the Pooh and had more baby dolls than there were kids in our home (which was a lot, by the way). As we grew older, Hannah developed this maternal instinct that transcended her age as well as a spiritual maturity that convicts me to this day.
Seeing Hannah walk down the aisle and so whole-heartedly loving the man in front of her revealed to me that she’s not just my little sister anymore, but rather a woman who is seeking hard after the Lord in all aspects of her life. Hannah, I love you so much. You have always been the strong one and I hope to become as much of a peace-maker as you are on a daily basis. Nick, I know that we’re new siblings, but I wanted to say that you now fit under my protective umbrella. Welcome to our crazy family.
While I wasn’t her photographer, I took some shots of my own after her photographer left to snap some memories of her beautiful day. I hope you enjoy my flawless sister, Hannah and her new hubby, Nick.
